GLUTEN-FREE DISHES
Due to the increasing demand for dietary/allergy-friendly options, we offer a wide range of gluten-free dishes. These are marked with an asterisk (*) on the menu.
The gluten-free dishes are prepared under strict conditions, separate from other meals. We use dedicated cookware and a separate fryer. As a member of the Swiss Celiac Association (IG Zöliakie Schweiz), we guarantee you a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
